Through the symbolic process of mask-making, we’ll explore the parts of ourselves we show the world - and the parts we keep hidden.

Led by Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist Angela Remondi, this one-time group experience invites reflection, expression, and conversation in a safe and supportive setting.

About the Facilitator
Angela Remondi is a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She specializes in helping individuals and groups explore emotional wellbeing through creativity, insight, and connection. With a background in both traditional talk therapy and expressive arts, Angela creates safe, supportive spaces for people to deepen self-awareness and build resilience. She is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and believes in the power of art to illuminate the stories we carry - both seen and unseen.
