Compassionate, Down-to-Earth Therapy for Real Life
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to hold it all together. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, or just not feeling like yourself - therapy can help.
I’m Angela, a Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist offering in-person and online therapy across Ontario. My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I don’t believe in jargon, judgment, or one-size-fits-all approaches - just meaningful, grounded conversations that support you in feeling more connected to yourself and your life.

A Comfortable, Compassionate Approach
You can expect a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely - whether you’re exploring your past, managing day-to-day stress, or working through big changes.
I use evidence-informed approaches like Art Therapy, IFS, ACT, CBT, DBT, Gottman, and Somatic strategies to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered. You don’t need to know where to start. We’ll figure it out together.

Through art, play, and conversation, I help young people express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural. Caregiver support is included to help the whole family feel more supported and connected. -
