My Clients
You might be someone who holds space for everyone else. You’re the helper, the deep feeler, the person your friends and family turn to. Maybe you're also the one who keeps it all together on the outside, even when things feel heavy on the inside.
Maybe you are navigating a history of trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, or the complex layers of ADHD or neurodivergence. Maybe you're going through a life transition, feeling stuck in your relationships, or simply feeling far from yourself.
You might be seeking counselling for clarity, coping tools, deeper self-awareness, or just a space that’s yours. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
In therapy, I offer a grounded, collaborative space to slow down and tune in. I draw on a range of approaches to support your goals - blending talk therapy with evidence-based tools and creative practices.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and cared for in our work together, which allows them to open up comfortably. Many appreciate the nonjudgmental space and say our work feels both compassionate and practical.
For younger clients, counselling often becomes something they look forward to, and parents have shared that therapy has become a trusted part of their routine.
Whether we’re navigating deep emotions or working on concrete tools, I’m honoured to be part of the process.
My Specialties
-
If your mind feels constantly "on" or you struggle with spirals of worry, tension, or overthinking, therapy can help slow things down. We'll work together to manage your emotional landscape, build calming tools, and shift long-held internal patterns that contribute to anxious cycles.
-
If you're exhausted from caregiving, chronic stress, or being "on" all the time, you may feel distant from yourself. Together we work to reconnect you to your inner voice, sense of purpose, and core self.
-
Therapy can be a place to make sense of your brain and your patterns. Whether you’re diagnosed or self-identifying, we work together to explore strengths, reduce shame, and build systems that work for you. I support many clients navigating executive dysfunction, emotional reactivity, and long-standing patterns of self-doubt.
-
If you're constantly over-functioning for others and under-functioning for yourself, you're not alone. We explore the roots of these patterns and support you in stepping into healthier boundaries and self-trust.
-
Therapy can help you untangle patterns rooted in early experiences and family dynamics. Whether you’re struggling in your relationship or want to understand your own attachment style, we can work to build more secure, fulfilling connection.
-
You might be navigating a period of change - questioning who you are outside of roles, relationships, or past versions of yourself. Maybe you’ve recently gone through a breakup, career shift, spiritual awakening, or major life transition. Together, we’ll explore your sense of self, reconnect with your values, and unpack the narratives that shaped you.
-
Big changes can stir up grief, uncertainty, and old stories. Therapy can be a place to land during seasons of transition - whether that’s a breakup, job shift, move, loss, or identity change.
-
We move at your pace to process what your body and mind have been holding. Through trauma-informed talk therapy, somatic practices, and creative approaches, we work to increase your capacity, safety, and sense of self.
My Approach
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and human. I draw from several evidence-informed and creative counselling modalities to support your growth.
If you’re a visual thinker or deep feeler, you may connect with Art Therapy, which invites creative self-expression and helps access emotions that words sometimes can’t reach. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. We use creative tools to access feelings and insights that may be harder to reach with words alone. All practices are adapted to your pace, comfort level, and unique nervous system.
For couples, I integrate tools from the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and address relationship dynamics with care and clarity.
If you’re working through anxiety or emotional regulation, I weave in practical tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT, offering structure and skills to manage the moments when your nervous system feels hijacked.
We’ll also explore your inner world through IFS-Informed and Somatic Practices that support insight, self-compassion, and body-based healing. When helpful, I draw on Polyvagal-Informed Techniques to support nervous system regulation and cultivate a sense of grounded safety.
Every session is shaped by your pace and preferences. I’ll show up with a calm presence, realness, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. No performance required - just your honest, evolving self. I will always honour your story and your pace.
